Reservation and Deposit Policy : A deposit of $50.00 or more per person based on double or more occupancy within 5 days of verbal confirmation. Balance due upon arrival (no personal checks on arrival).
Cancellation and Refund Policy : Cancellation or date change, regardless of reason, is subject to a minimum $20 per processing fee. No refund on deposit if cancelled less than 5 days prior to 3:00 PM on arrival in Lake Tahoe; 7 days notice required for Cabin # 6 and #9; 7 days notice required for any room type for weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays, prime periods or with group rates.
Rates : All rates are subject to change without notice. Right of change or equal value substitution is reserved. Unavailability of any amenities does not warrant refund.
Tax: 10% plus $1.50 per room per night City Room Tax will be added to above prices.
Minimum Nights : Full payment of all (lodging only) night rates will be charged, unless the management is able to rebook your rooms for all minimum nights that you have reserved.

Cleaning fee: $110 (includes basic cleaning/linens)
Security Deposit: $250 (returned after service has checked property)
